Established in 2012, the Crusaders original intention was to continue to have a bit of fun throughout the summer months. However, the success of the club quickly outgrew its intention and formed an identity of it's own.

Fast forward 9 years, we now field 2 senior teams, a thriving junior section and have become the first multi-sport club in the area with the addition of our Netball Club under the North Herts Crusaders Brand.

  • With membership and crowd attendances rising, we have ambitious plans to continue to develop the infrastructure at the club. Naturally, we want to support our sponsors and build them in to our club on a strategic level, allowing any partner to benefit from our ever-improving facilities, expanding audience and our community involvement.

As a club we aspire to continue offering our services to the community. During the heights of COVID-19, the club delivered 15 loaves of bread, 30kg of meat, 34 punnets of fruit and vegetables and 33 pints of milk, alongside dog-walking, daily errnads and phonecalls to help those whose self-isolated ( This is just one example of the selflessness help the Crsuaders offer to the community, what a special club to partner with! 

Rugby League

Our first team, the Crusaders, compete in the 4th tier of Rugby League, the Southern Conference League, one step below the National League 1 and were the first in the area to gain entry into the Challenge Cup. 

Our development team, the Knights, play in the Eastern Premier, following in the success of the Crusaders. 

Our future stars compete in the London Junior League and the talent we have coming through the ranks is remarkable. 


The Crusaders play in the Stevenage Indoor League starting in Division 3.

Our Knights play in the Heritage League starting in the Premier Division.
