The Club Today

Situated just outside the village of Torksey, Lincoln Golf Club is often regarded as one of the finest courses in the county of Lincolnshire. The course itself spans an impressive 6348 yards through beautiful British countryside that is maintained in perfect condition by our experienced team of greenkeepers.

Our 18-hole course presents a challenging championship standard of play. As a result of this quality our club has experienced multiple major tournaments which as seen our venue host The English Seniors County Championship, Lincolnshire Open Championship, The Lincolnshire Amateur Championship and The Lincolnshire Junior Championship. The club also proudly holds various other fixtures throughout the year at a county and regional level.

To accommodate our playing facilities Lincoln Golf Club also contains a sophisticated Bar and Restaurant area, showcasing splendid views over the 18^th hole, which is available for the use of our members and visitors. Our catering facilities are tailored for intimate dining experiences or major group events with our setting acting as the perfect location to book your personal or corporate occasions.

Aspirations

Lincoln Golf Club has high aspirations for the future. Over the past three years we have worked diligently to improve our facilities to ensure that we remain one of the most premium Golf Clubs within Lincolnshire. As a result of this progress we have proudly been awarded the honour of hosting the Reid Trophy which will commence on 1^st August 2022. This four day event is the largest Under-14's competition in Europe and will bring together the future stars of our game to compete for this esteemed award. Lincoln Golf Club hopes this will showcase our outstanding venue, hospitality and services to continue hosting major tournaments for years to come. 

History

Lincoln Golf Club was established in 1891 on an area of available land just west of Lincoln City. The start of the 20^th century saw the club transition its location to Torksey where we are still based to this day. Our course was personally designed by Open Championship Winner J. H.
