Our Aspirations
We are actively working to return to the top division of the Lancashire & Cheshire Football League, ensuring long-term stability and success both on and off the pitch. Our History
Founded in 1928, Stoconians FC is one of the oldest clubs in the Lancashire & Cheshire Amateur Football League. We currently run:
2 open-age teams in the Lancashire & Cheshire AFL
2 veterans team in the Cheshire Veterans Football League
We are a England Football Accredited Club - 2 Star accreditation since 2024, and we maintain strong ties with Stockport School, where the club was originally formed.
Now in our 97th season, we honour our past while building for the future – and we invite you to be a part of it.
