About us:

Welcome to the official SNAP profile of Headspace FC.

Who Are We?

Headspace FC is a community-driven, non-profit football group for adults (18+) built on the belief that football can be a powerful tool to support mental health and wellbeing., based in Stoke-on-Trent. Founded to provide a safe, inclusive space where individuals of all backgrounds can come together to stay active, connect with others, and take a break from daily stresses, we strive to build a community of like-minded people, clubs, and companies.

More than just a football session, Headspace FC is a movement—raising awareness, encouraging open conversations about mental health, and using the beautiful game as a gateway to wellbeing. We currently run weekly sessions and are proud to collaborate with local organisations that share our mission. We currently have 97 members registered to participate in our 2 weekly casual football sessions with more people also interacting with use for mental health support and sign posting to local services.

How does SNAP deliver more value to you?

Sponsoring through SNAP provides you with significant value. Being on SNAP gives us access to expert guidance and unique activations. This in turn will maximise your return on objectives, and investment. For over a decade SNAP has supported grassroots, local and regional sports across the UK by facilitating mutually beneficial partnerships between businesses and clubs to benefit companies, communities and the economy. We welcome any opportunity to discuss how we can replicate this success with you.

Why is sponsorship important?

Sponsorship is crucial to the growth and impact of Headspace FC. As a grassroots, not-for-profit organisation, we rely on the support of generous partners to help us sustain and expand our work. Your backing enables us to:

  1. Provide weekly sessions that are affordable and accessible for all.
  2. Provide essential mental health resources and support.
  3. Build long-term connections within the local community.

Beyond the pitch, your sponsorship helps change lives—through fitness, friendship, and the freedom to speak openly about mental wellbeing.

What will your investment enable?

Your sponsorship will directly support three key objectives:

  1. Facilities & Equipment: Cover the cost of pitch hire, equipment, and kit—ensuring we can deliver high-quality, inclusive football sessions all year round.
  2. Supporting Mental Health: Invest in mental health initiatives including partnerships with support organisations, awareness campaigns, and accessible wellbeing resources for players and supporters.
  3. Organising Community Events :Fund tournaments, workshops, and inclusive events that bring people together and break down the stigma around mental health—on and off the field.

By sponsoring Headspace FC, you're not just backing a football team—you’re supporting a growing mental health movement in grassroots sport. Let’s work together to make a lasting impact in our communities.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
