Welcome to the official SNAP profile of Marshfield Cricket Club.

Who Are We?

Arguably the most famous MCC in the world (in our humble opinion). The Cricket Club has been a cornerstone of Marshfield community life for over 100 years, offering cricket and social opportunities for men, women, boys and girls.

We currently run three senior league sides on a Saturday, alongside 2 ladies's teams, a midweek T20 XI and Sunday social side. Our First XI have been successful both regionally and nationally. We have frequently reached the latter stages of the National Village Knockout Cup, whilst playing at our highest ever league standard following promotion to Premier 2 of the West of England Premier Cricket League in 2019.

We have one of the largest youth cricket sections in the south west with over 200 young people aged between 6 and 18 registered. Since 2016 our woman's and girls' section has been the fastest growing area of the club, now with multiple teams competing in both indoor and outdoor leagues.

We're proud to be a fully accredited ‘ECB Focus Club’ with a strong community focus and believe we can be a real asset for sponsorship partners in delivering their CSR objectives.

What will your investment enable?

Through sponsorship you will support the following objectives:

1. Strengthening our Junior pathway by bringing in additional technical coaching for our 200 Junior members
2. Improving our existing facilities, including the installation of new practice nets, improvement to the playing area and access to a second ground
3. Allowing us to provide improved training and opportunities to our Senior teams, specifically in the women's section
