Who are we?
ABC are a Badminton club based in Ayrshire with over 150 members aged 5 through to adults. We have worked hard to create opportunities for individuals of all standards to play across many locations. Currently, we have the following groups running throughout Ayrshire:

ABC Irvine - A mixed ability squad for children aged 5-18

ABC Kilmarnock - A development squad for children aged 9-18

ABC Catrine - A mixed ability squad for children aged 5-18

ABC Unity - A bi-monthly badminton group for individuals with varying disabilities

ABC Social - Social groups for adults 18+

ABC Compete - A competition group for adults and junior nationalists

Our fully qualified coaches deliver well structured sessions for individuals to play in an environment suited to them.

In addition to weekly club nights, we also organise internal and national tournaments with a newly organised 'Coastal Cup' being introduced this year for adults and competing juniors living on the west coast of Scotland.

What will your investment enable?
Through sponsorship you will support the following objectives:

1. our expansion within the county of Ayrshire, providing increased opportunity for social players to take part, aiding with mental health, physical fitness and tackling loneliness.
2. providing training opportunities for our current coaches to increase coaching ability. We also aim to having a coaching academy and open these training opportunities to external individuals who are looking to get into coaching.
3. developing our own tournament system allowing competitive play throughout Ayrshire. This will allow us to bring players to the county, whilst also allowing us to capitalise on national and international opportunities, enabling players to compete in both individual and team events both in Ayrshire and in Malta.
