We provide a structured coaching programme for our junior players from u7 until they move into senior training at u16. We have an excellent team of well qualified and experienced coaches, including a level 3 Batting Performance Coach and a Strength and Conditioning Coach, managed by our dedicated Head Coach. 

Together, they support our young players to fulfil their potential as cricketers and well-rounded sports people, to play in the “spirit of the game” and to develop a life-long passion for cricket.

To complement the work of our own coaches, we run regular Masterclasses throughout the summer hosted by professional coaches to further accelerate our young players’ development as part of our commitment to creating the club and county players of tomorrow.

In return for sponsorship of a 90-minute Masterclass, @ £37.50 each we'll  give you plenty of shoutouts to our members, to the wider community across our extensive social media platforms and on our website, which alone attracts more than 70,000 views a year!
