Jess is a complete leader for the team. Her communication is second to none. She has blossomed into one of the best central defenders in the league over her time at the Development after signing as a right-back. She is also one of the club captains, whilst coaching the Under-18s team within the club. Outside of Spennymoor, Jess is a university student who also coaches football at Spennymoor and elsewhere. She won last season's Coaches Player of the Year award, and would be a fantastic player to sponsor due to her consistent good performances.
