About us:

About us

Formed in 2010, the Cobras are now one of the best-known and most recognisable teams on the UK rugby 7s circuit. We play in elite and open-level tournaments against some of the best sides in the UK and Europe.

We have worked hard to ensure we have grown every year, in terms of playing standard and reputation.

Moving forward we aim to put 2 teams into the majority of UK tournaments we enter, giving at least 24 players an opportunity to play a high level of 7s at every event.

We have a very ambitious 3-year plan (please see photos for high-level version) in place and everything we do will be focused on meeting the goals set out in this. In order to achieve the goals set out in our plan, we need the kind support of sponsors and partners to help us with the project that is Cobras Rugby.

The Cobras have appeared on ITV1 and BT Sport (twice) both winning a tournament that had highlights shown and also taking part on the popular show Rugby Tonight. We regularly appear in photographs taken by official tournament photographers and sometimes the players' families and friends bring their own cameras to events. These photos typically end up on social media and are shared amongst their various networks.

We are looking to work with companies who are keen to gain a fantastic level of brand exposure at some of the largest sporting events in the UK. We will also actively promote your company and your offerings via social media platforms. We believe this is a great opportunity for organisations looking to further their reach via one of the fastest growing sports in the world.

Please take a look at our current opportunities, decide which one may be best suited to you and connect with us to discuss sponsorship further. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have and determine what best suits the needs of you as a sponsor and us a club, so that it is win-win for everyone inolved.

Thank you for viewing our profile and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
