Bio: Saahil moved to the UK in 2023 from Sri Lanka where he was ranked inside the top 10 in U16 Tennis rankings. In his debut adult season, Saahil took 53 wickets, including 46 league & a 5 wicket haul in the clubs President's Day. He was a driving force in the 1s title winning side, only missing 2 games & delivering match winning performances on many occasions. A quality left arm orthodox spinner with a deadly quicker ball which has led to an extraordinary amount of bowled's & LBW's. A superstar with so much left to give!

Favourite playing moment: Only my first season so it has to be winning the league in 2025. Will take a lot to top that! In particular taking the winning wicket & the celebrations after.

Fun Fact: Saahil was brought to CCC by his school teacher (who always plays), little did he know how good he would be & that he'd go on to steal his awards come the end of the season!
