Piyush "Piyush" Vishwakarma
Born in 1983 in Prayagraj, India, Piyush brought his cricketing talents to Muff Field CC in 2019. He made his debut for the club in 2019 and has since won the 2XI Best Batsman award twice (2021 and 2024). The man’s basically a run‑scoring machine — if the machine also made incredible curries.
Off the field, Piyush works as a software engineer, though it’s unclear whether he writes code or just scripts the perfect cover drive. He enjoys music, table tennis, and cooking — which has kept him very popular at team teas. Favourite food? Indian cuisine, both vegetarian and non‑vegetarian curries, which somehow never last long in the pavilion fridge.
