What is your earliest rugby memory? Watching the 09 Lions series

What are your expecations for the upcoming season? Not a great deal. Hoping to be back fit and playing injury free by end of the season.

What advice would you give to our minis and juniors? Work hard on the basics. Seems boring now but pays off later down the road.

What would your ideal pre match snack be? Red bull, banana, Mars bar.
