We’re inviting your agency to become the official referral partner of Muff Field Cricket Club through a unique, community-driven cashback scheme designed to generate high-quality leads while boosting your local brand presence.

Muff Field Cricket Club is a thriving grassroots hub with over 100 playing and social members, not including the many friends, families, and supporters who regularly attend matches and club events. The club fields two open-age teams, a ladies team, and a thriving junior section including ECB-backed Dynamos and All Stars programs, nurturing the next generation of players. Beyond cricket, Muff Field is a focal point for the community, hosting popular events such as family fun days, bonfire nights, and other social gatherings that bring together people of all ages from across West Yorkshire.

On matchdays and event days alike, the ground is a hive of activity, welcoming visiting teams and supporters from the wider region, offering your brand direct exposure to hundreds of locals week in, week out. Our club is regularly featured on Cricket Yorkshire, the leading voice of regional cricket, and supported by a growing social media following of 300+ people. With studies suggesting around 7–10% of the UK population plans to buy or sell a home within the next two years—and higher figures in active family networks—the potential pool of leads from within our club’s community is significant. Based on these national housing trends and our audience size, we estimate that 40 people connected to the club are likely to be looking to buy or sell a home within the next two years, and that doesnt include all the visiting teams & spectators that come come through our gates. 

The scheme itself is simple: for every property sale or purchase completed through a referral from the club, your agency would offer a cashback incentive, split equally between the club and the client (buyer or seller). This payment would only be made upon successful completion of the transaction, ensuring the model remains results-driven.

To support the rollout and visibility of the scheme, we are also seeking an upfront sponsorship contribution, which will fund promotional materials, online campaigns, and branding across our matchdays and club communications. As part of the agreement, your business will also receive a dedicated 10m x 2m pitch-side banner, prominently displayed in a location that is visible from every corner of the club, and accross all our social media platforms, guaranteeing maximum exposure throughout the cricket season and during community events.

We’re not setting fixed amounts for this opportunity. Instead, we invite you to submit a bid, including:

• Your proposed cashback value per completed referral

• Your proposed upfront sponsorship contribution

• Any additional ideas or support you’d like to bring to the partnership
