Holly began her karate journey in April 2017 and has developed into one of the most experienced and accomplished members of the Tournament Squad.

Her standout achievement came in 2023, when she placed 3rd at the World Championships — an exceptional result that reflects years of dedication, discipline, and elite-level performance.

When she’s not at the dojo, you’ll usually find Holly in the gym or at work, always pushing herself and staying focused on her goals.

Holly is a member of our Tournament Squad, a specialist group of athletes with the opportunity to compete at regional, national, and international level.

Alongside regular karate classes, squad members also attend additional high-performance training focused on:

• Competition tactics

• Advanced technical development

• Physical conditioning

• Mental preparation for tournaments

This extra training prepares athletes for the demands of elite-level competition — and it also comes with additional costs.

To keep the squad accessible, athletes only pay a small contribution.

The remainder is covered by a limited number of Training Supporter Sponsorships.

Each £50 sponsorship directly supports Holly’s:

• Specialist squad coaching

• Facility hire

• Performance training sessions

• 2026 competition preparation

Only four sponsorships are available for Holly for the 2026 season.
