About us:

Established in 1958, the University of Birmingham Medical School RFC prides itself as being one of the strongest medical teams in the country. Twice National Medical School Champions and twice winners of the Brum Varsity beating the University of Birmingham 1st XV, it is the obvious choice for anyone wanting to play rugby at the University of Birmingham. We currently have two sides; a 1st XV who play regularly against University and Medical School sides across the country from Southampton to Leeds and a 2nd XV who also play similar oposition as well as local Birmingham club sides.

UBMSRFC also prides itself as being a sociable and charitable club. We have recently celebrated our 60th anniversary with an event with old boys who graduated in the 1970s returning to support.
