Why Kings Rugby Club
Founded in 1907, the club has had many great days. In 1963 King’s reached the finals of the Middlesex Sevens at Twickenham. In 1983 King’s won the Surrey Cup and for three years were in the senior national knockout cup. The old clubhouse at Robin Hood Way burnt down the late 1980s and after a brief homeless period we eventually arrived at our current location in Motspur Park in 1992. In 1993 we decided to have a go at “mini” rugby. Little did we know how successful it would be!
