About us:

Kinross Colts FC Juniors

Hello and welcome to the official SNAP Sponsorship profile of Kinross Colts FC Juniors.

We're delighted to announce that we’ve now partnered with SNAP Sponsorship and we’re looking for sponsors who are excited about affiliating themselves with a large, grassroots football club with over 400 members, 100 coaches and 19 teams.

We strive to craft a partnership with our sponsors that meets their specific objectives, whether that be community gifting, social responsibility (CSR), direct sales or brand building.

We’ll work with you to develop a partnership which meets both your objectives and adds value to our members — supporting our club’s ongoing work in the community to remove barriers and make sport affordable, accessible and inclusive for all.

Whatever your motivation, find out more below. Thank you for visiting our profile.

Why Sponsor Us?

Large network of players and committed supporters

Kinross Colts FC Juniors boasts 19 teams, 100 coaches and over 400 players. It also has a committed following of supporters and a large membership with a weekly attendance of up to 1000 people.

We’re proud of our social media following which provides over 500,000 media impressions annually, providing extensive reach and increased brand awareness for any of our partners.

Kinross Colts FC Juniors has an array of sponsorship opportunities which can be tailored to meet your objectives. Through sponsorship, our club will promote your company in a wide variety of ways enriching the profile of your business in our community.

Participate in grassroots sport and remove economic barriers making sport affordable and accessible for all

Sponsorship of a grassroots sport delivers a much higher return on investment than traditional advertising. This is because sponsorship allows your business to become directly involved in activities that are highly valued by local consumers.

Consumers are known to form strong positive associations with sponsors who support the development of grassroots sport and contribute to the local community. With eight out of ten consumers preferring to believe in what a company does rather than what it says, it’s easy to see why many businesses are choosing to sponsor clubs like ours as a way of maximising their marketing return.

By directly supporting us, you’re helping to remove economic barriers — making sport affordable and accessible for all.

Connect with our community and get involved in charitable events

We’re an inclusive club with a mission to make football affordable and accessible to all. We enhance our players’ sense of social responsibility by working with and supporting other charitable organisations including our local foodbank Broke Not Broken and our mental health charity partner Back Onside. It’s our intention later this year to introduce the provision of transport and hospitality at selected home games. This is aimed at elderly members of our community to tackle loneliness and isolation.

We do a lot of work with disadvantaged children, waiving subscription fees and running Friday night recreational football to get kids off the street and reduce anti-social behaviour. We also arranged and hosted our first annual Kinross-shire Friendship Cup football tournament last summer with two teams of unaccompanied child refugees playing against two of our youth teams. We were commended in a motion to Scottish Parliament for the success of the event in welcoming new young Scots to our club. We are repeating this tournament in 2022.

We also support our local business community with a Member Rewards Scheme whereby our players and their families receive a discount at eight local businesses thus encouraging them to shop locally. We were commended in a motion to the UK parliament for the success of the scheme.

The Club Today

We are a community football club serving the Kinross-shire area with over 400 players in 19 teams. We have mixed boy and girl teams from Under-6s through to Under-17s, we also have an adult amateur men's team, a women's team, an over-35s team and two squads of veteran and vintage 7-a-side enthusiasts.

We have a silver status Quality Mark accreditation and we work closely with our SYFA area representative to improve participation in football at all ages.

We are an inclusive club with a clearly defined mission to:

  1. Provide a positive, safe, developmental environment for children to play football.
  2. Encourage participation in football and promote sportsmanship and fair play for all, irrespective of gender, race, religion, age, social status or ability.
  3. Promote the ethos of teamwork, respect for others, fitness, self-discipline, health and well-being.
  4. Promote the development of youth football and provide a pathway into amateur football through the provision of teams for boys, girls, men and women that foster fair play and participation for all.
  5. Enable disadvantaged children’s involvement in football by ensuring that social status and financial circumstances are no barrier to participation.
  6. Provide and improve facilities for the development of football in Kinross-shire.
  7. Enhance our players’ sense of social responsibility by working with and supporting other charitable organisations.

We always aim to be a constant force for good, at the heart of our community, instilling positive values in all of our players in the hope that they will grow up to be good citizens playing a part in improving their communities.

Aspirations

With membership and crowd attendances rising, we have ambitious plans to continue to develop football at the club, increasing inclusivity by removing barriers and making football accessible and affordable for all.

Naturally, we want to support our sponsors and build them in to our club on a strategic level — allowing all of our partners to benefit from our ever-improving facilities, expanding audience and our commitment to the local community and charitable organisations.
