About us:

Castle Colts Football Club:

We aim to promote junior, youth and adult grass-roots football in Allington and the surrounding areas, and to encourage good sportsmanship and gameplay. This will be achieved by providing safe environments for children of all abilities to participate in and enjoy football and to support adult teams where necessary.

We are made up of volunteers, where teamwork is at the heart of what we do to keep the club progressing. We ensure that everyone can go about their club business without fear, bullying or anything that can bring Castle Colts FC into disrepute. Everyone in our club has a voice, which we know is key to safeguarding the future of providing footballing opportunities to the community.

Why Sponsor Us?

Digital:

We regularly use Twitter to promote our club, boasting over 1,000 followers, and will thank all our sponsors on Twitter too. We also aim to expand our Instagram following over the next few seasons. We are aware of the benefits social media exposure brings to clubs, brands, businesses and individuals.

Facilities:

Our main home ground is the Orchard Ground and we partner with the Allington Community Association to fundraise through social and recreational pursuits. Due to our size, we also have several other home grounds in the local area to facilitate league fixtures. We also provide winter training at several venues across mid-Kent.

Today:

We are growing rapidly and have increased the number of teams registered with us, from 22 to 31 in three years. We have also refreshed our Football School, which is open to children in reception and year 1, providing them with structured development in a fun, exciting and safe environment. This has proven so successful, that we have been fortunate to enter three new U7 teams for the 2021/22 season, made up of boys and girls from the school.

Aspirations:

With team and player memberships rising, we have ambitious plans to develop infrastructure at the club, including being able to provide food and drink on match-days, changing room facilities and scoping for an artificial pitch for the club and community.

History:

The club was established in 1970 and is proud to have achieved the FA Chartered Standard Mark (England Football Accredited Club - from 2021/22 season). We provide team opportunities for boys and girls from the age of 4 (reception) to 18. In recent years we have also established successful adult teams.
