About us:
Sheffield Super Kings Cricket Club
Hello and welcome to the official SNAP Sponsorship profile of Sheffield Super Kings CC!
We are a non-profit organisation situated within the picturesque village of Stanton on Peak in Derbyshire. Established in 2014 by a group of Cricket enthusiasts the club is now a thriving system of various senior, ladies’ softball and youth team sides which provide sport and wellbeing to the local community. The club is delighted to announce that it is now open to sponsorship from local businesses for the 2022 season and onwards.
Why Sponsor Us
We believe that our club can accomplish a sustainable future through the financial support that sponsorship provides. All funds raised through these ventures will be offset against our yearly expenses which range from uniform, facility hire, equipment installation as well as additional running costs from insurance and administrative fees which limit our budget. We are pleased to confirm that we are registered under the Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) scheme which will aid both us and potential sponsors with tax exemptions.
With our expenditure covered the club can then begin to establish sufficient financial plans which can provide funding towards our development. Through this we hope to enhance our profile, improve our facilities and attract new members to join us. It is our pledge that through any sponsorship attained the success of your business will be of paramount importance to everyone associated with our club. We will do our utmost best to promote your organisation, increase brand awareness and connect potential clients within our membership base to the essential services offered by your organisation.
The club has a flexible approach to sponsorship with benefits ranging from:
- Promotion of your business within official communications and events
- Promotion of your business via all online/social media channels
- Promotion of your business on physical club assets
Please notify the club of any sponsorship opportunities which are not currently present on our SNAP profile. To register your interest in any of our sponsorship packages please contact our SNAP Sponsorship profile or an official club representative directly.
The Club Today
We are not just a Cricket Club but rather a community which promotes a family-friendly atmosphere, character building qualities and the development of skills through sport in a safe and supportive environment. It has been our intention to provide Cricket to all within our area, regardless of age, ability or gender which has recently witnessed us undertake a second under 11’s section to meet with the growing demands. To accompany this we have also partnered with national programmes such as All-Stars and Dynamos Cricket to introduce younger members into the sport and to pave the way for the next generation of great sports men and women that have hailed from our shared communities.
Aspirations
As a club it is our mission to accomplish two primary goals. Firstly, to develop into a more sustainable club so that we may continue to provide a quality level of Cricket to all within our community. Secondly, to use our sport to address the following areas:
- To promote physical activity to reduce health implications
- To prevent economic barriers for youth participation
- To unite youth and establish sportsmanship
- To develop teamwork, accountability, and discipline
- To instil the practice of respect through the spirit of Cricket
