One-to-one Strength and Conditioning Sessions

Gym based sports specific strength and conditioning sessions working directly with the athlete to improve skills and rehabilitation programmes if needed. Sessions involve a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance.
This opportunity is based on an hourly rate, number of hours can be discussed in the negotiation.
